Hi and Welcome,

We are in the midst of a great transition...

For an ever increasing number of souls on our planet, the call to live our hearts goal* ..can no longer be avoided or resisted.. The pull for awakening is becoming just too strong.!!

Every soul who heeds the call, has a unique and vital roll to play in the transformation of our planet . Coming into alignment with your truth and your hearts purpose (which you choose!) and developing the confidence and skill to express and sustain that energy, would be one of the most beneficial things ...you could do...to help the world... (And the universe will help you!..more than you could ever believe!)

To come into allignment with our truth, does however require great kindness and compassion towards ourselves and to others. Being able to fulfil our truth without punishing ourselves with forms of stress, anxiety, fear, and depression, is key.

The time is now... It takes some work.. ...and you will feel great... The destination...is this…the remembereance... the journey NOW…...the on-going process of co-creation..and co-operation.. at eye level ..we are all doing this together.....

To bring about the transformation, a degree of inner work is of course necessary, to move free from our (unconsciously self imposed) illusary prison. This is the journey from feeling like a separated individual in conflict with the world, to feeling you are one with all things. You can live in harmony with yourself and the world around you.

As we begin to live in alignment with our truth,the old ingrained ego-habits and conditioned beliefs begin to fall away, (but first they show up!) and at times it can feel very challenging and sometimes a bit scary.!. However the challenges, struggles and upheavals (that we all face!) are necessary and important.. The challenges signify a transition, and when embraced and experienced fully, become powerfully transforming.. bringing wisdom, insight and healing.

The challenges also serve to strengthen your spirit, and to empower you to take the next fresh and couragous step in your life with increased wisdom and sensitivity.

I found that by choosing guides, who have already made a thorough journey themselves, it greatly speeds up the process of awakening.. When combined with the transformational energies that are now becoming available, it helps you to free yourself from unnecessary sufferring...and directs your energy and potential through channels that are both enriching and empowering for you... for others.. and for our sacred home.. planet earth..

A good teacher will guide you to the ultimate teacher, truth and compassion which resides in your own heart.

On this site I have included teachings, methods and paths, that I trust and have worked with myself, and continue to do so. Of course there are many other paths/ methods, that I am sure are just as good… I have just included the ones here that I am familiar with myself. See also links page for books and resources.. ..

The thing that you would most love to be and do in the world. The thing that sparks your fire, and makes you feel excited and alive. The thing that can feel scary to do, (and you might often talk yourself out of doing!) for whatever reason... But deep down there can be a feeling that you just have to do it! (and when you have made the commitment to your self, the universe will respond and help you!)

And there is a whole network of people on this journey, who will be there to support you and inspire you when it gets tough!

Then for maximum auspiciousness.. (so the wise ones say!) it is good to live your joy so that it is in someway in service/ beneficial to other people and the planet. Directly or indirectly.

.. to be life giving..

P.S. I will be re-starting regular meetings again from November 29th 2007,

There will be sessions of Kundalini Yoga and also sessions of Oneness Deeksha transmissions.

The work will also be in alignment with the Law of Attraction.. Look forward to seeing you then : )
